An unusal mix of art, sound and solar technology : the Sunboxes by designer Craig Colorusso.
The sun boxes is a unique solar powered sound installation. It’s comprised of twenty speakers operating independently each powered by solar panels. There is a different guitar sample in each box all playing together making the composition. There are no batteries involved. The Sun Boxes get their enrgy from the sun. And when the sun sets the music stops….

Nice video form Prague-based designer Pavel Fuksa. He designed 178 fake vintage matchboxes for use in a new music video My Place by the Navigators. 
Dutch designer Dennis de Bel made this concrete pick-up, called the Brick-Up.
Brick-up could be placed between other concrete pavement stones, and is therefore actually the second version of the ‘Stratenspeler’. Custom made on request, a maximum of ten Brick-up’s are made.
3D Sound is portable personal speaker to enjoy surround sound at the back row or even standing outside.
It is a small single speaker for people to use like a necklace or a key holder.
This speaker is connected by wireless, and it haves a system programable for the concert in question.
3D Sound is developed by Portuguese designer Emmanuel Maia.
Designer Maarten de Beukelaer from Belgium ‘invented’ these toilet bowl speakers. Each of the four toilets has a woofer inside the bowl which gives a natural resonance for a warmer and deeper sound.

The Lucciola glows up your interior and lets you enjoy your favorite tunes in a rally unique way. The Lucciola -from Italian firefly or glowworm- is a inspired by the interesting creatures who produce their own light.
The Lucciola, measuring 30cm in length, can either be hanged from the ceiling or used as a floor lamp according to the needs and liking of the user.
