Okou is a UK based duo that blends sounds from around the globe: a worldy mix of blues, pop, folk, roots music and soul.
Their debut album is called Serpentine (2010) .
The group is based round a collaboration between singer Tatiana Heintz from Ivory Coast West Africa, and Swiss guitarist Gilbert Trefzger whose background is Egyptian.
